Little Chloe was rescued on 30 July 2021. She was being fed by the reporter, who noticed a nasty abscess on her neck which had burst.
We bought her in for treatment, after which, we hope she will be adopted by the reporter.
Chloe's Story
Joshua, who works for ECEnterprises Group Manila Inc. (one of our generous sponsoring companies), first saw the puppy on Monday in the street, and was feeding it. He noticed an abscess on her neck, which then burst. He contacted us, and knowing we are at capacity, agreed to adopt her after treatment.

Poor thing is only around 4 months old. Joshua called her Chloe.
