Story:

In May 2025, Tali was found on the side of the road, at night, barely able to walk. He was a survivor of neurological distemper and he had likely been dumped as he was so weak and frail its unlikely he managed to survive on the streets given his condition.

At first, he could barely move at all and we weren't sure if he would survive but we spent weeks nurturing him back to health with physical therapy, laser therapy and supplements to support his nerve health. Tali started to get his strength back and was slowly able to walk again although he still has a reminder of the distemper by way of a severe twitch which is noticeable especially when he is still.

However, Tali is not still that often as his favourite thing is to chase around off leash on his daily walks. We think he looks like a gorgeous, miniature Husky.
