Story:
At the end of June this year, a member of staff on their way to work noticed a dog by the roadside crying in pain and struggling to move in the pouring rain. No-one around was taking any notice of this poor girl who we assume was a victim of an all too common, hit and run incident.
Mimitoo was taken to x-ray and in addition to multiple wounds and bruises, her spine was fractured. After much rest and laser treatment coupled with regular feeds Mimitoo is starting to recover and has begun to walk unaided. We hope her recuperation will continue and she will eventually regain her mobility. She is a sweet, quiet lady and we wait to see her personality emerge as she starts to recover.
