Nugget
On 15 June 2022, we rescued a hit-and-run puppy, and she was so small, we named her Nugget. Although she looked superficially fine, we were concerned she had suffered a head trauma.

We gave her all the care in the world, but sadly on 19 June 2022 she passed away, most likely from internal damage that we can do little to remedy. Rest in peace little Nugget, we are so sorry that your time here was so short, and so tragic. We loved you.
