Rosco Adopted!

The caretakers were driving back to the shelter one dark rainy night. They nearly hit poor Rosco who was lying, soaking wet in the middle of the road unable to move.   If they hadn't picked him up no doubt in the next few minutes he would have been run over.  

We brought him back to the Sanctuary and after a few days he started to walk again - no bones were broken.  Rosco has always been one of the more confident, sociable dogs at the shelter - welcoming visitors - yet no one ever chose him.

Arjun one of our vet assistants had a really good bond with him, but having four dogs already at home, he was reluctant to adopt another.
That was until we took Rosco to the ECE Bazaar a couple of weeks ago and people were showing interest in adopting him. One of our staff messaged him and he was down like a shot and too Rosco home immediately!!
