Beth when rescued

Rescued on 29 August 2021, Beth was rescued from Bacong with a terrible wound due to TVT - Transmissable Venereal Tumours.  Fund-raising for L-asparaginase chemotherapy drugs for two other dogs mean she can receive treatment with leftover serum.

Beth's Story

Beth was a stray dog that lives on Christine and Robbie's street. She was near death from starvation when they first started feeding her but the main problem is that she has TVT - Transmissable Venereal Tumours.  This is quite common for stray dogs, both male and female.

They'd been trying to gain her trust but she wouldn't let them get close.  Through the generosity of donors, we have have acquired enough L-asparaginase chemotherapy drugs for Blake and Brown, we can use the left over from each vial for her.
The cancer has pretty much eaten away a lot of her vagina, but Doc Pierre believes it can be treated.

Her treatment begins very soon, and we hope she will return to health.
