Arwen when rescued
Rescued on 1 September 2021, Arwen was reported in Bacong, near death from starvation. At the time the Sanctuary was full, but Arwen was thrown a lifeline by the reporters who will adopt her when she is recovered.
Arwen's Story
Although we were at capacity financially, Kate and Paolo from ECEnterprises Group Manila Inc. reported this poor little thing that hangs around 7/11 in Bacong.

They have offered to pay for treatment and adopt her when she is well. If she was left much longer would have starved to death.
She is still very timid and probably wondering what's going on.
