On July 29 2021, we rescued a young female dog and her puppy from extreme neglect. She and the puppy were tied up with no food, shelter or water, and must have been like that for a long time. The owner signed them over to us.

Ozzy was malnourished, has many mites and suffered from mange, but we with our care he recovered, despite this desperately sad beginning.

Understandably, he's occasionally a little out of sorts, and only tolerates a few close buddies to hang out with him. He loves strokes and cuddles though, so there's hope for him!

Ozzy On 6 December 2024, Ozzy lost his fight against liver failure and passed away. Tragically, he was only about 3 years old. We rescued him and his mother Izzy when he was a puppy.
