On July 29 2021, we rescued a young female dog and her puppy from extreme neglect. She and the puppy were tied up with no food, shelter or water, and must have been like that for a long time. The owner signed them over to us.

Ozzy's Story

Ozzy and Izzy his mother were both full of worms and other parasites, and were dangerously underweight. Izzy's condition was so critical, she didn't last 24 hours despite the emergency care we provided.  Read more about her story here.

Izzy after rescue

Ozzy was malnourished, has many mites and suffered from mange, but we with our care he recovered, despite this desperately sad beginning.

Ozzy after rescue

Understandably, he's occasionally a little out of sorts, and only tolerates a few close buddies to hang out with him.  He loves strokes and cuddles though, so there's hope for him!
