Returning from the sad task of putting poor Rocky to sleep, little Sky was found lost, bewildered, and covered in sores. She was rescued on 19 January 2022, and is now in the best place to return to full health, and the hope of a new life. As one life ends, another begins....

Sky's Story

Rescued on 1 9 January 2022, Sky was disorientated and in some distress. Our Adoption Manager Estella tried to approach her, but she ran away to begin with. However, patience and kindness paid off, as Sky returned, placing her head against Estella's leg and whimpering, as if asking for help.

She looks a little like Sassy, although she has a few more pounds on her than Sassy did when rescued. She has a number of sores that need treatment, and she will be de-wormed, vaccinated and eventually spayed. We are hoping she undergoes a similar transformation as Sassy, although perhaps not putting on SO much weight!

She has one blue eye, and one pink, so her name Sky seems appropriate. If you are interested in giving little Sky a home, please get in touch.
