We have the saddest of news - Lois didnt make it.
In the early hours of this morning, our critical care staff noticed that her breathing had started to become shallow and rapid. They put her on the vital signs monitor and gave her oxygen but she went into cardiac arrest and despite trying to revive her for half and hour using CPR and Epinephrine - she passed away around 4am on 15 September 2023.

This is heartbreaking - she had just two days of comfort, safety, food and love with us. She was sent well wishes from all around the world - but it was just too late for her tired body and no doubt tired soul.

She was so close to getting the life she deserved.
We gave her a service to send her on her way with love.
