GOLDIN

Goldin

Goldin was one of eight puppies thrown into a river, and rescued by staff at Silliman Marine Research Labs in June 2019.

Sadly, Goldin was the only survivor.

He is an active dog, who loves to play and would be an ideal addition to an active family.

Goldin's Story

Goldin was rescued as a new born puppy before the Sanctuary was even completed in June 2019. He was one of 8 puppies that were dumped in a creek near Silliman Marine Research Laboratories. Staff at the lab saw them floating in the creek and immediately rescued them.

Unfortunately all but two of the pups died within the first 10 days despite us feeding them around the clock – they were just too young.

Only Goldin and Happy his brother survived. Happy sadly died later from Parvo – a constant threat for young vulnerable puppies.

Goldin is a very friendly dog but he has been at the Sanctuary all his life so he would take time to adjust to a new family.
