Meet Winston, one of over 300 rescued dogs at Dumaguete Animal Sanctuary in the Philippines. Neurological distemper is a hideous disease that leaves dogs with uncontrollable twitching. But over time, with medication, the twitching can significantly reduce. When we rescued Winston, he was unable to move much and just lay twitching. But with the help of his sponsors - Sue and Jon and Sam, we were able to support all his medical needs. Look at him now! Every dog here has a story.
